I had written a song called Apocalyptic Beauty about two years ago, but I was never very proud. I had a good concept, but it was poorly executed, and it sounded too much like a pop song for my liking.

Tonight in the shower, this ditty came to my head, which I liked way better. Slow but heavy rock, romantic, sexy, deviant, dark... I quickly wrote it down (not before I forgot it at least twice, though) and now it's here for you to enjoy while waiting for me to post the update to Vivid Visions.

'Specially dedicated to my boyfriend, because I originally wrote the first song with him in mind, and this one DEFINITELY had him in mind.

Made for the original "Apocalyptic Beauty" song back in 2011, revived for the new, better song. (Hence why it says "Written by Matthew West". The original was supposed to be a co-op with him... but I forgot to co-op. XD
